So this is Blogger, Welcome to our site.. Fable Forged Prints

I guess this is our first post. I should introduce myself, my name is Tony, I am a licensed mechanic in Canada, been in the trade since I've been out of high school and now I've been learning 3D resin printing, and what a great time it has been!

In January 2025, my wife and me had our first kid, a baby girl we named Juliet. Our bundle of joy, and biggest event that changed our lives. Its been a wild ride and I'm anticipating it continuing to be a crazy adventure.

Because of her, it motivated me to find a 2nd source of income. Which i though it would be a great idea to start something completely new, 3D resin printing. I fell in love with it, the printing, the cleaning, the curing, the trouble shooting with the printer, the trial and error and then successful prints! Its exhilarating.

So I printed and printed and bought glass shelf units and filled them and printed and printed more. Finally, the conversation about starting a business started. I want to do this the right way. So I realized all the miniatures I've been making have been practice since I couldn't sell them, as I quickly learned you need the Commercial licenses for the product you want to sell. So as amazing as the multiple dozen, almost 100s, of minis I've printed, I cannot sell them.

I figured theres 2 options to take, 

    Option #1 study what's out there, what company does what content and who has some form of commercial license. Is their license monthly subscription on MMF ( MyMiniFactory ) or a tier on their patreon, or even a 1 time payment for one of their kits? Theres a lot of amazing content out there and i would love to print everything and paint them!

    Option #2 was creating our own characters, scenery, addons, our own designs. At the end of 2024 my wife finished her 2 years of gaming design school, which she learned so much, 3D design being a huge part of that. I hope one day soon we will post our own designs.

As for now we work with DM Stash, a wonderful company from Australia, which we get their monthly kits, print and sell them on our Etsy shop!

Also aiming for the month of June, the Kickstarted campaign of The Lelanian Industrial Complex should be delivered, which we also backed at the Commercial Tier and picked up along with the Steel and Chitin campaign we got the Ancient Armoury campaign as well!
